Jeffry & Teresa Martin

DESIGNED FOR MAINTENANCE-FREE LIVING

The Courtyard at Tucker’s Landing is the newest residential community developed by Jeffry Martin and Teresa Martin. Jeffry is also the President of the JM Group, Ltd., the exclusive builder for the development. The Martins’ residential projects include many successful communities in the Mid-Ohio Valley, like Painter’s Crossing, The Silos (I & II), Hunter’s Run, The Fields at Little Run Farm and Cooper’s Ridge.

With a reputation for creating communities of quality, family homes, the Martins have been developing, designing and building since 1989.  As long-time residents of the area, they recognize the importance of trusted relationships and quality materials in the communities they create.

That’s why every development and project they undertake is founded on those principles – with both the homeowners as well as the local towns in which they build.

The JM Group, Ltd. is a longstanding member of the National Homebuilders Association and the HBA of the Mid-Ohio Valley. Both Jeffry and Teresa graduated from Marietta College, and Jeffry holds two post graduate degrees from WVU.

Jeffry Martin

Jeffry, with Teresa’s insight and assistance, drives the strategic vision and oversees all facets of the project operations. From initial site location and build standards to final finishes, Jeffry is involved in every stage of the community development.

Teresa Martin

Although Teresa is involved in virtually all facets of the operation, her primary focus is customer interaction. Listening and learning from homebuyers – how they live, their family life and what they would like in their new home – Teresa’s experienced insight helps them determine which design best meets their needs, and also offers interior design assistance.

Jason Martin

Jason Martin is the Vice-President of Construction. Jason is the point person for all contractors and is responsible for daily management of the work site. A graduate of Mount Union College, Jason is responsible for all phases of construction through the completion of your new home.
